End User Licensing Agreement (EULA)

The detailed End User Licensing Agreement is provided here. Important license notes are listed below. Your use of this service indicates your acceptance of the terms of this End User License Agreement.

Important User Information

1. We do not share your information with any other parties.
2. We reserve the right to delete any accounts with no activity for 90 days.
3. We will delete your entire call record database at your request.
4. We reserve the right to disable or otherwise restrict access to the service at our own discretion.
5. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt transmission of data.
   (SSL might not be on the beta site)
6. Single persons or entities are not permitted to have multiple accounts.
7. Email address must be verified prior to account activation.
8. You may periodically receive advertisements from DTH Software, Inc.
